The Sand Creek Group is a women-owned small business that was founded on the values of its owners Gretchen M. Stein, Ph.D., CEAP, and Joan Sirotiak, MA, CEAP. These women live lives of selfless service, love, and dedication to making this world a better place for those who need warm support and professional guidance in the most difficult times of their lives. They have created a group of top level professional staff and consultants who embrace these values and have been called to this work.

The Sand Creek Group is a General Services Administration (GSA) multi-schedule holder and a Targeted Group Business. Employee assistance services address employees' personal and work-related problems. We take employee problems out of the workplace and into the office of trained professional counselors.

The reputation of The Sand Creek Group, Ltd. was built on its strong dedication to serving people and to creating employee assistance programs that focus on meeting the specific and unique needs of our clients and customers. Our services are delivered nationally through an integrated provider network of over 10,000 top quality professional counselors.

Our services are administered nationally, yet delivered locally. This model allows for the highest standard of professional counseling, face-to-face care, easy access to service for employees and the development of a personal local relationship between our providers and locally stationed supervisors and managers.

Our counselors are highly credentialed and experienced. Each one of our employee assistance counselors holds at least a Masters Degree (many have Ph.D.s), required licenses and state certification to practice, and many years of experience. The average Sand Creek Counselor has over 17 years experience.

The Sand Creek Group specializes in Employee Assistance Services to government employees. Our federal customers include: The United States Department of Agriculture Central Administrative Zone including the Fort Collins, Colorado, and Ogden Utah Service Centers, and the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development and Natural Resource Conservation Service throughout the United States and Trust Territories.

In addition to federal customers, The Sand Creek Group also provides EAP services to over 300 public entities at the state, county, and city level, and to national corporations and associations including the Toro Company, Minnesota Counties Insurance Trust, Minnesota Dental Association, and Major League Baseball.

The past performance of The Sand Creek Group is outstanding. Dun and Bradstreet recently completed a Past Performance Evaluation Report on The Sand Creek Group and gave a Summary Performance Rating of 94, up to 14 points higher than the average company in our line of business. Our client satisfaction rating consistently, year in and year out, is 98%.
