Chris has a broad background in providing both clinical and consultation to businesses and their employee populations. Prevention and skill building are a primary focus for Chris whether he is involved with individual clients or in the broader worksite. Communication difficulties, managing transition and change, facilitating conflict resolution interventions, and addressing teambuilding concerns are a few of the areas Chris focuses on with work teams. Relationship concerns, individual mental health issues, and family struggles are some of the clinical areas that Chris focuses on with clients. Chris has worked in the employee assistance field since 1986.
