Diane Johnson, MSW, LISW, CEAP

EAP Counselor & Account Manager

Diane provides management/organizational consultation, training, and individual clinical services. She has worked in the mental health, chemical dependency, and EAP fields since 1978 in Chicago and the Twin Cities. Prior to joining Sand Creek, Diane worked with the State of Minnesota EAP for 17 years and was the Clinical Supervisor. Diane was vice-president of the Upper Midwest Employee Assistance Professional Association for four years and has served on the steering committee of the LGBT Mental Health Network for over a decade. She is currently part of an on-going Organizational Development Consultation group.
