Lisa provides consultation to employees, managers, and supervisors around workplace, work culture, communication, and performance related issues. She also provides coaching services to those in supervisory or management roles who want to develop their leadership skills. Lisa has ten years of experience working at a Top 10 university and offers a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in academia. Additionally, she provides counseling for individuals around mental health issues and for couples with an emphasis on addressing communication difficulties. Lisa has over 15 years experience in providing trainings to companies on a variety of topics such as effective communication, coping with change, addressing difficult behaviors in the workplace, creating respectful work environments, coping with shift work, and customer service to name just a few. Not only does she help train clients and customers, she also presents among her own professional peers at a number of psychology and Employee Assistance conferences both nationally and internationally.
