Organization Development and Conflict Resolution
The Sand Creek Group, Ltd. offers organization development, consultation, and conflict resolution services to provide manage ment and the organizational system with resources necessary to address and resolve issues that arise in the work system that interfere with the smooth operation of the work place, These services may include team building, conflict resolution and change management.
Critical Incident Response
The Sand Creek Group has experienced counselors trained in post- trauma response. Should a situation arise that requires critical incident debriefing, we can have a trauma team on-site as soon as possible. Depending on the situation and the number of counselors required, we will dispatch teams locally and from our Stillwater, Minnesota location.
Management and Supervisory Consultations
Being a manager or supervisor can be very rewarding, and at the same time, quite challenging. Sand Creek provides professional and confidential consultation to help you address some of those challenges with more confidence. Some examples include: enhancing your communication skills; learning effective ways to address and resolve conflict; building effective work teams, addressing problematic or challenging employee situations, and other interpersonal or behavioral situations you may be facing as a supervisor.
Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP)
For chemical health cases that require the services of a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) as part of United States Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Sand Creek maintains a certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) on staff to provide thorough consultation and case management services to our employer / member groups.
